Brazil 2-0 Italy

In front of Emirates Stadium.

This is also where Arsenal plays.

Watching the warm-ups.

The happiest day of our lives.

The Selecao warming up.

Crowd standing during the Italian National Anthem.

Just before kick off.

The legendary "Gigi" Buffon

That goddamn Ronaldhino keeps sniping our Italians, should have been a yellow.

Well, apparently the Brazilians can play football. If I had known that I wouldn't have been so excited. Actually the game was great. We did get to celebrate 2 Italian goals only to be called off by the officials, but we celebrated nonetheless. The two brazilian goals were really nice, and everybody appreciated the style and grace of the Brazilians. I do have to say this may have been the loudest match ever played. Just picture 30,000 football crazy Brazilians, then throw in 30,000 more football crazy Italians and you can barely hear yourself think. The nature of the crowd was one of the best parts, everybody was taking pictures together, Brazilians with Italians, and everyone was trying to out-chant each other. It was really fun. The only problem was a fight that almost broke out between two groups of Brazilian fans. There were also a lot of beautiful people there, and I think Kristin and I counted about 75 unibrows that could compete for the worlds most insane unibrow. There was also a heated debate over whether the Italians or Brazilians had more impressive unibrows. I think we decided that the Italian men tied with the Brazilian women. So enjoy the few pics we have of the game.
